What we process

To provide Vekro, we process the name and email address you submit, authentication identifiers, video creative briefs, storyboards, project and export status, and subscription/credit records.

Services

We use Supabase for account authentication and application data, third-party AI infrastructure to process creative briefs and uploaded reference images, Remotion/Vercel for video preview and rendering, Revolut for payments, and Resend for transactional email. Payment card details are handled by Revolut rather than stored in the Vekro database.

Use and access

Prompts and project records are used to provide the motion studio to your account. Account-specific data is protected by server authorization and database row-level security. Users may request access or deletion by emailing us.

Storage and retention

Creative briefs and billing history remain until account deletion or operational/legal retention requires otherwise. Rendered videos may be stored on Vercel Blob. Please avoid including sensitive personal data in video prompts.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
